Steinbauer Starters

Any of you hosting/attending any cookout's this weekend? Oh, yeah? Well, here's a quick and easy recipe to pull together so you won't be spending alot of time in the kitchen. Throw this recipe together in the morning. Slice and serve. No cooking required!

Fairest Wheels (I really need to rename this recipe)
Per pinwheel: Only 44 calories and 1.6 grams of fat!

Grocery List
2 small cans of Cooked Chicken Breast
1 bag of Shredded Lettuce
1 bag of Shredded Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese
3 - 4 Green Onions
1 small Red Bell Pepper
Small container of Light Cream Cheese (can use fat free)
Small container of Low Fat Sour Cream (can use fat free)
1 tbsp. Pepper Butter (I've left this out before and the recipe is still good)
3 Nine inch Fat Free Tortilla Wraps

Directions

  • Chop Onions and Pepper. Put in a medium bowl and combine with Chicken, Lettuce, and Cheddar Cheese.
  • In a small bowl, mix together Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, and Pepper Butter.
  • Spread 1/3 of Cream Cheese mixture over 1 side of each Tortilla.
  • Sprinkle with other side with Chicken mixture.
  • Tightly roll up the tortillas and wrap in plastic wrap.
  • Refrigerate for about 2 hours. If you don't, they'll be a bit mushy.
  • Cut each roll into 8 slices and serve.
